Brighten your winter and add sparkle to your garden! Join us for our February Garden Club meeting, where our guest instructor will guide us in crafting beautiful glass flowers made from upcycled glassware—plates, bowls, drinking glasses, vases, and more.

Under expert instruction, you’ll learn how to stack and combine glass pieces to create a stunning flower that can be displayed indoors or out. Once you know the technique, you’ll be able to fill your garden with unique, colorful glass blooms!

🌼 What to Bring
Please bring three pieces of glassware that, when arranged together, will form a pretty flower. Think plates for petals, bowls or glasses for centers, and decorative pieces for accents. Mix and match however you like—your creativity is the limit!

💲 Cost
There is a $10 fee, which covers the adhesive, flower base, and instruction.

🌿 Open to All
Everyone is welcome.

📝 Registration
Pre-registration is required, and prepayment is appreciated to help us prepare materials.  Link to Pre-register

💐 Where to find glassware? There are many places, but the two thrift shops listed have a good variety of glassware.

Join us for a fun and creative night, and leave with a one-of-a-kind piece of garden art!

Kick off the new year with a hands-on gardening project that brings spring a little closer! Join us for our January Garden Club meeting, where we’ll be hosting a Winter Sowing Workshop using recycled plastic jugs to start hardy seeds outdoors.

During this fun and informative session, you’ll learn how to create your own miniature greenhouse, choose the best seeds for winter sowing, and set yourself up for a beautiful spring garden. We’ll also host a Seed Swap, so feel free to bring extra seeds to share—though it’s completely optional.

🌼 What to Bring
A clear plastic container (such as a clean milk jug) is helpful but not required. All other materials will be provided.

🌿 Open to the Public
Everyone is welcome—bring a friend or neighbor!

🌱 Kids over 7 Welcome
Children over 7 may participate with an accompanying adult. It’s a great way for young gardeners to get their hands dirty and learn something new!
